At Fortune Hill we’ve spent more than a decade standing up to out-dated industry norms. We’ve crafted the most efficient and effective approach to the Search process, coupled that with a genuine passion for the world of HR and Marketing, and built a team with extensive, valuable in-house experience.

We live and breath our values and pride ourselves on our ability to think differently. That's why we aren't an 'Executive Search' firm. We're a Leadership Search Consultancy. It's why we talk in terms of 'People' and Partners', not 'Clients' and 'Candidates'.
