The Brief

Identify, engage and attract an exceptional Creative Director for a leading digital women’s fashion business.

The ideal candidate would come from a fast fashion brand focussed on the youth market brand with proven experience in digital innovation and leading an inexperienced yet ambitious team.

The Process

Our team met with several key stakeholders in the business to truly understand the business, cultural fit and skill set requirements

It was also essential to understand the market place and competition and therefore a detailed market analysis of both the high street and on-line was undertaken. A target list of key UK and international fashion companies, creative agencies and publishers was created and approved by the client. Then a thorough market mapping exercise was undertaken with no stone left unturned in pursuit of the very best talent to suit our client's requirements.

The Result

Ultimately, four exceptionally talented individuals of varying levels of experience were shortlisted for the role.

Following a rigorous selection process the client appointed their chosen individual and they remain delighted with their chosen candidate, who has had a great impact.
