Your Role
You will be an integral member of a dynamic and friendly team, working closely with your colleagues to support them to deliver excellence for our clients. This is a fast-paced and challenging role, and no two days are ever the same.
You get to play a huge role in the success and delivery of our assignments, which means you’ll be crucial to Fortune Hill’s success. You will be identifying the very best talent, responsible for supporting Leadership Search processes from briefing stage to final delivery. You will also represent Fortune Hill to our clients during search update meetings and be involved in new business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Acting as an ambassador for Fortune Hill and our clients
- Working pro-actively and efficiently on multiple client engagements through the combination of robust project management skills, research and interpersonal skills
- Ensuring every search is executed the ‘FH way’, adhering to FH best practice through every milestone of the assignment, adding a little sprinkle of your own flair for good measure
- Researching markets and identifying relevant candidates using mapping, direct sourcing, and networking
- Approaching and engaging candidates, and providing an initial assessment of suitability
- Producing clear, well-structured candidate summaries and longlists
- Preparing high-quality, client-facing reports and communications
- Accurately updating and maintaining information in the CRM system (Invenias)
- Becoming an expert within the relevant functional domain(s) and helping to develop new and existing relationships
- Generally supporting your colleagues by delivering a broad variety of research-focussed tasks at pace and to a very high standard
