Gavin joins us following a second consecutive record year for the business, marking another important step in our ambition to become Europe’s leading executive search consultancy for the customer domain.
He brings an outstanding international reputation for leadership appointments, alongside deep subject matter expertise across marketing and commercial functions. Prior to moving into executive search, Gavin spent 10 years at Unilever in a range of marketing and commercial roles, giving him invaluable first-hand experience of the environments and challenges our clients operate within. He also speaks both French and German, further strengthening our international capabilities.
Alongside his expertise and track record, Gavin brings a thoughtful, conscientious, and deeply collaborative approach to his work, with a genuine passion for helping businesses secure world-class leadership talent.
