The client wanted to understand the viability of opening offices in locations which may increase access to key talent.
We took a comprehensive brief from the client before building a talent map of the UK digital market.
This involved obtaining and then analysing large datasets and combining these insights with maps of the UK. We then conducted deep dive analysis of talent hotspots and summarised the benefits and challenges of opening a new office in each proposed location.
We produced a detailed 30-page report.
Thousands of datasets were analysed and a 30 page report was produced containing infographics and recommendations of five potential talent hotspot locations for potential new offices. We also detailed indicative numbers of talent available in each location by job title and remuneration level as well as lists of organisations located in these talent hotspots.
