The Brief

Our client wanted to understand marketing budget structures.

Our client's Chief Marketing Officer wanted to understand the different ways in which a £60million marketing budget could be structured on a local, international and global basis in similar businesses. They also wanted insight about leadership development schemes within those organisations.

The Process

The research team initially highlighted a list of relevant target businesses and discussed potential options with the client.

Once agreed, we approached and a number of senior contacts in order to obtain the necessary insights to present back to the client. We compiled insights from a variety of sources on leadership development programmes to also be included.

The Result

We presented a detailed report to the board

The report included a summary highlighting best practice in three of our client's major competitors. We included comprehensive detail about the leadership development programmes within each of those companies as well as incorporating wider market trends.

"Fortune Hill not only delivered a great result but also provided a great service."
