Our brief was to identify and attract a Head of Digital Product who would transform our client's digital customer experience as part of their evolution from a bricks-and-mortar to multichannel retailer. The Head of Digital Product would have total ownership of the business' digital strategy, both online and in-store. The ideal candidate would need to be commercially-minded and have significant technical expertise, in addition to being a disruptive force, capable of challenging senior stakeholders and driving innovation throughout the business.
