The client had a strong existing eCommerce proposition but wanted to pull away from the competition and offer an exceptionally personalised experience for all their online shoppers. To achieve this they needed to hire a thought leader who could also lead all trading and marketing activity.
We adopted a twin approach to ensure the digital landscape was fully mapped.
