Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, the role is responsible for driving the business forward through technology. This person would set the strategic agenda for technology and transform the engineering team, putting in the processes and structure required to grow the business. The environment is highly entrepreneurial and our client therefore required a candidate who had experience of leading a high-growth technology business from start-up through rapid maturity cycle.
Extensive time was invested with the co-founders of the business, enabling us to develop a deep understanding of their vision and culture.
