Reporting directly to the CEO, this new role would be responsible for professionalising existing systems and implementing a transformational HR structure into an established global digital business going through periods of exponential growth.
Our team met with several key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure we had a comprehensive understanding of our client’s requirements. We then conducted an extensive search to fully map the candidate landscape and provide our client with sufficient insight to make an informed decision.

Cultural fit was a key aspect of this assignment as the individual would join an established board.
