Our brief was to identify and attract a board level Product Director, reporting to the CEO, to oversee the operational delivery of all products and services.
Our client had an ambitious 5-year plan to vastly enhance their profits through diversification of their product offering. They required a tenacious individual to unify the new product incubator alongside the more traditional, revenue generating products. Adverse taxation and regulatory changes had put the business under significant pressure and the new Product Director would be a key participant in the creation of a clear vision to address these changing market conditions.
In consultation with the Chief Executive and HR Director, Fortune Hill identified a number of essential personal attributes which formed the basis of the selection criteria for the search, along with the prerequisite key skills and experience.
