Our brief was to appoint a Head of eCommerce, reporting to the Managing Director, to lead the brand's digital growth.
The Head of eCommerce would be responsible for all aspects of the brand's online experience and performance. Due to the structure of the organisation, the successful candidate needed to be capable of influencing internal stakeholders, at group level, to implement necessary development changes.
The research team built out the market map which included target candidates from all of the pre-agreed target companies.
