The Head of Customer Insight would be responsible for creating and executing an insight and analytics strategy across a disparate group of businesses. The individual had to have relevant previous experience including building and developing a data-set. They required a complete technical understanding of CRM and the commercial acumen to then make insight-led recommendations.
