The Brief

Our brief was to appoint a senior logistics professional into a global role to support our client's business with their ongoing growth agenda.

The role reported to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and had responsibility for all global physical product distribution. Due to their continued growth plans, we needed to appoint an individual capable of redesigning and improving their existing operating model and processes. Our client had an internal candidate in place but wanted to benchmark the role externally to ensure they were able to appoint the very best individual for their requirements.

The Process

Fortune Hill conducted a national search to understand the candidate landscape and provide our client with the insight to make an informed decision.

The team were able to provide the client with full profiles of potential external candidates for the assignment. Each candidate was fully profiled and given a comprehensive brief around the client's business and aspirations. A shortlist of candidates was interviewed, along with the client's internal candidate.

Fortune Hill made a recommendation to appoint the internal candidate.
