The Brief

Our brief was to develop a pipeline of the very best Digital Talent from within consumer focussed businesses across Europe.

Our search encompassed Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Product, General Management and Engineering functions. The primary purpose was to enable the client to meet exceptional talent from more digitally advanced organisations in order to learn how digital/tech businesses operate and to improve the client's employer brand within the digital/tech space.

The Process

We invested significant time with the CEO and key stakeholders in order to really understand our client’s objectives and the type of individuals they would be most interested in meeting.

Having understood the client's requirements in detail, our research team mapped the agreed target organisations in each of the agreed sectors and functional disciplines. Once our team had built a comprehensive understanding of the target companies we approached target individuals on behalf of our client.

The Result

Fortune Hill enabled our client to engage with a selection of the most impressive Executives in the digital domain in order to share knowledge and discuss the possibility of joining their business in future.

The project was a success on a number of levels; not only did it provide a pipeline of exceptional talent for our client and valuable insight, but it also served as a great employer branding exercise to create awareness about our client's ambitions with digital natives who otherwise would not have thought of our client as a potential future employer.
