The ideal candidate would come from a fast fashion brand focussed on the youth market brand with proven experience in digital innovation of leading an inexperienced yet ambitious team.

It was also essential to understand the market place and competition and therefore a detailed market analysis of both the high street and on-line was undertaken. A target list of key UK and international fashion companies, creative agencies and publishers was created and approved by the client. Then a thorough market mapping exercise was undertaken with no stone left unturned in pursuit of the very best talent to suit our client's requirements.
Ultimately, four exceptionally talented individuals of varying levels of experience were shortlisted for the role.
