To support a re-structure, our client retained Fortune Hill to appoint a Buying & Merchandising Director for their European business. The role would also have responsibility for Supply Chain and Marketing functions so it was critical that the successful candidate also had expertise in these areas.
Due to the specific nature of the search, our Research Consultants identified candidates throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, in pursuit of the very best individual for our client's business.
The search was incredibly extensive, looking into all major consumer fashion brands and targeting a variety of levels of seniority. Our detailed knowledge of the fashion industry led us to a shortlist of candidates from major brands including Levi, Nike, Adidas and Ralph Lauren.
